Development Culture Organization Official Launch

Development Culture, LLC is a consulting firm that focuses on coaching and training to increase employee engagement, retention and productivity. We believe that everyone should live a life of balance, growth and purpose. We help organizations identify root causes, and work efficiently and effectively to tackle challenges, think creatively, and find synergy with partners, to maximize limited resources. 

Our sister non-profit, Dev Culture, Inc. is on a mission to ensure equal access to opportunity for underrepresented populations. Our first initiative, Latinos in Grapevine, provides professional and personal development in Spanish, for the Latino segment of the population in Grapevine. With amazing partners such as Oola - the Mind & Body Company, we are positioned to change the world, one person at a time. Dr. Dave Braun, co-founder and co-author of the series of books: Oola - Finding Balance in an Unbalanced World, will share his Oola journey and how to the keys living a life of balance, growth and purpose. Dr. Braun is a chiropractor by trade, and on a mission to change a billion lives in the next 7 years, with programs and products to help people reconnect with what matters the most, accomplish goals - and dare to dream again!
