Service Description

Vision Builder is a coaching program tailored for high school seniors and first-year college students who want to lean into their potential and make intentional choices about their future. Through strategic self-discovery, assessments, and guided exploration, students will: * Uncover their strengths and values. Using personalized tools and assessments, we help students identify what truly motivates and energizes them. * Map out their academic and career possibilities. Rooted in purpose, guided by real-world strategy: what they care about + real-world opportunities. * Create a Personal Strategic Plan. With coaching support, students draft a roadmap for education, scholarship applications, and future goals. * Gain confidence and clarity. By breaking down big dreams into actionable steps, students leave feeling more centered and equipped to navigate their next chapter. This is not just about “what happens after school,” but building a meaningful vision that aligns with who they are, and who they want to become.
