Our Story

Dev Culture, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to building an inclusive community by bridging communication gaps, promoting equitable access to resources, and empowering underrepresented individuals to thrive and share their unique talents.

 

We want to inspire people and help them grow. Our goal is to contribute to a world where everyone, no matter who they are, has an opportunity to be successful.

We are all about making a positive impact on communities, especially those that often face challenges. Our main focus is on women, youth, and Latino immigrants in the United States. We believe that knowledge, mentorship, and support can make a big difference in people's lives and help create a brighter future for everyone.

One of our projects is Latinos in Grapevine.  It's a unique program that partners with government, businesses, and other non-profit groups to celebrate, educate, and empower the Latino community. In Grapevine, over 30% of the population is Latino, and we're committed to helping them achieve their full potential and reach the progress many only dream of.Join us in our mission to build a more inclusive and prosperous society - a world in which everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
