About Development Culture LLC

Development Culture LLC (“Development Culture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a coaching and business consulting firm focused on elevating performance and transforming culture. We provide coaching services, group sessions, and assessments to individuals and organizations seeking clarity, structure, and personal or operational growth. Our offerings include the Live On Purpose Group Coaching Session, Life Balance Assessment, and a 30-minute exploratory call. We operate both for-profit and non-profit programs, and our trademark phrase is "Transforming Culture, Elevating Performance."

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following personal information:
- Name, mailing address, email address, phone number
- Employer, job title
- Payment and billing information (if you purchase services)
- Any other information you voluntarily provide

We may also collect responses and results from assessments and tools such as the Oola Life Balance Assessment, MAPP, Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, Clifton StrengthsFinder, and our proprietary personal strategic planning framework. Your responses and results are treated as personal information and are used solely to enhance your coaching experience.

Development Culture may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:
- Age
- Gender
- Race
- Religion

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. Assessment and tool results are used to personalize your coaching experience, help you identify strengths and areas for growth, and track progress. We do not sell or share this data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Development Culture does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. We may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Development Culture, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Development Culture does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by Development Culture from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Development Culture Content accessed through developmentculture.org in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

From time to time, Development Culture may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Development Culture, you may opt out of such communications by replying STOP or clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE button.

13. Testimonials

With your explicit consent, we may publish testimonials you provide regarding our services. Testimonials may include your first name and general feedback, but will not include sensitive personal information unless you authorize it.
